Today was a running day for me. I had zero motivation to go, but I did. I was short of my planned 4 miles at 3.5 miles but I tried. Still trying to build back up after my illness. Using the extra calories for a glass of wine tonight.
Eating is back on track.

2 fruits
2 proteins
1 yogurt
water, water, water ...
Also adding green tea to lunch and dinner.
Weight - 131.5
I've been avoiding the scale due to recent overindulgence, but it hasn't budged much. Whew!
