I really struggle with breakfast. I know its important and I make sure to eat something (however small) every day. If I don't I know I'll pay for it later. The other problem is that I'm almost always running around like mad trying to get my kids out the door so my own breakfast is low on the priority list.
This morning I only had a couple of minutes so I tried a banana with a teaspoon of honey and some cinnamon. It was amazing! Thank you Pinterest for that idea!
