I had a training session this morning and she was kind enough to spare my lower body since I have a race this weekend.  I did 45 min on the elliptical after that.  My knee feels good so I'm hopeful resting has done me some good and the race will go well Saturday.  
I was at the gym later than usual so I had to rush home and quickly shower before picking up my little one at preschool.  Unfortunately, that didn't leave me any time to eat and I was starving when I got back home.  I made a yummy tuna, hummus (instead of mayo) and spinach sandwich on whole wheat with a Fuji apple and yogurt dip.  Devoured it!
